All other clients behave normally but they do not use

It should be, but I'm not sure if --fragment can be set on a per-client
basis (yet)...

--mssfix can be set on a per-client basis

I'll use a test server for this one client for the time being.

I do not require help with my network, I only want to know what
the current situation is regarding --fragment. Is it no longer
supported for Windows ?

--fragment is totally OS-independent, so "supported everywhere".

So, what is the problem with --fragment in Windows ?

The error:
FRAG_IN error flags=0xfa2a187b: FRAG_TEST not implemented

???

--mtu-disc (which complements --fragment to some extent) is "linux only"
if I remember right.

--mtu-*test* works everywhere that I have tested it.

Also, I notice this:
https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/ticket/1389

but that only uses Linux both ends.

Thanks for the HEADS UP on that. I'll look into this.
