Ethernet header is 18 bytes, possibly +4 bytes for 802.1q vlan header 
(or possibly multiple times 802.1q, but I think this is rare :) ) -
theoretically also +4 byte per MPLS label, though I haven't heard of
anyone running MPLS-over-TAP-over-OpenVPN yet.
