The OpenVPN book states:
"no-reply and no-iv: These disable basic security mechanisms that
OpenVPN provides. Do not deactivate these unless you know what you are
doing. These parameters switch off basic security functions and will
leave your system insecure".
I would argue that if you aren't sure about the new options - should you
really be doing this in the first place?
