Right now, no.

The official answer is "fix the clients" - it's 2016, and there is no 
excuse for disabling IPv6 anymore.

I'm working on a patch for the server side that lets you selectively remove
pushed options for problematic clients

 push-remove ifconfig-ipv6
 push-remove route-ipv6

(to be put into ccd/ file or client-connect script) - should appear in 
git master in the next few weeks)
