With redirect-gateway pushed, you are sending all traffic from the road
warriors through the tunnel. Then the two routes to 192.168.1.0 and
192.168.2.0 are not necessary, but can't hurt.

Given connection to NAS1 is working and a VPN tunnle between router 1 and 2
exist, add a route on site B router for traffic to 10.8.0.0/24 via router B
through the routerA-routerB VPN tunnel. Can't be more specific than that
without knowing the interface addresses of the VPN between routers A and B
or the routing table on router B.

By the way you are using topology net30. Topology subnet may be better.
