At first, I need to allow outbound for the VPN to reach the server. This is specific to destination IPs. Next, I don't know anything about the local uplink. Is ip IPv4 / IPv6, both? Eventually, race-conditions with radvd have to be avoided. In Linux, Policy Routing may help to maintain a dedicated routing table for OpenVPN - but I don't know much about Windows or Android. Basically, this takes us back to my first question: Do you have or know a configuration taking care of all these issues?
