I am yet to install openvpn on any post Windows 7 machines. None of our 2.3.x installations show such instability -- we only have a dozen or so windows clients and I personally seldom use Windows. But none of the users have reported this. At home we have a Windows7 machine connected all the time to two servers which shows no such hiccups.. Except for some innocuous script timeouts after waking up from sleep which is mostly my fault (flaky up-scripts etc..) I wonder what is different in your case... Selva
