You can use the Access Server command line tools to dump it's configuration:
For server's configuration:
# /usr/local/openvpn_as/scripts/confdba -csx
For users and groups configuration:
# /usr/local/openvpn_as/scripts/confdba -usx
For more information about the parameters, please refer to the command
'--help' option.
