None.

The VPN server is free to use private or public addresses, NAT or no
NAT (obviously, "no NAT with private addresses" is only going to work
for access to internal machines).
Our VPN server will assign addresses from the same /24 as the VPN server's
own address - but that is pure local configuration, nothing magic about
this.
