Upgrade the server to git master, the client to 2.3.7 or 2.3.8 and
enjoy tls-floating :-)

(The initial connection will have to succeed, of course, but then a 
change in client IP or client NAT mapping will no longer require a 
full reconnect - you'll want to use this together with fairly relaxed
ping-timeout values on the server side, to avoid killing the connection 
just because it's down for a minute or two)
