AFAIU new builds will be made over the next few days.

And yes, theoretically speaking OpenVPN is vulnerable to this, but only 
if you are using openssl 1.0.1n or 1.0.1o or 1.0.2c . Those versions of 
OpenSSL were released less than 3 weeks ago, so not too many people will 
be affected by it.
