errr, when I was referring to 'vpnbook.conf' I was referring to the 
config you posted earlier. Did you save that configuration file 
somewhere? if so, use that filename. If not, save it to
 /tmp/vpnbook.conf
and run
  sudo openvpn --config /tmp/vpnbook.conf
