I run 8 openvpn instances available over 5 UDP and 5 TCP ports and use iptables to load balance the ports onto the instances. I use the incredibly useful "--up", "--client-connect", etc scripting options to enable us to have ONE subnet shared over all those instances (plus some client config standards to ensure it all works)
