Hi,

The init script included in that rpm package only loops through the
openvpn .conf files in /etc/openvpn and tries to start each of them (see
/etc/init.d/openvpn). So, by default, CentOS will only start all OpenVPN
instances, or none.

That said, adapting the relevant bits from the Debian 7.x init script to
the CentOS script should not be too difficult. The modified init script
would possibly get overwritten during package upgrades, so you should
keep a copy. Having a patch with the changes would be even better.

One alternative is to upgrade to CentOS 7, where (afaik) systemd can
selectively start OpenVPN instances.
