The --remote directive supports adding a protocol to the end after the
port, so you can list both servers in a single config file. You can also
set other arbitrary per-remote settings inside <connection> profiles
using XML-like syntax; see the OpenVPN manpage under --remote to read
more about connection profiles.

Unless --remote-random is supplied, the connections are tried in order
until a successful connection is made. It's generally preferred to use
UDP first since the performance will be better.
