I have not exactly the same problem but i think two of my sales reps providers
are blocking this too.
We are using a UTM with integrated openVPN server, running on port 443 UDP.
When only a ping is running, no problem, but if the sales reps are doing high
bandwidth traffic, after 2-3 minutes the connection stops making traffic.
On the server the connection is still established, the client restarts after 1
minute of no traffic, is getting a new connection and IP.
2 minutes later the openVPN server drops the old VPN connection because of no
traffic.
The same client with his neighbors Internet Connection (another provider) is
running fine!
I think i have to contact the provider what the hell they are doing!

Frank
