Right now there is no proper link. We have a bunch of static links here: <http://build.openvpn.net/downloads/releases/latest/> I could add two more links tailored for Windows XP, e.g. openvpn-install-latest-winxp-i686.exe openvpn-install-latest-winxp-x86_64.exe Then we could link to those in the installer, and the links would "never" break.
