Sorry to be a pest, but is there an update on when 2.3.13 might be released?

I know the focus is on 2.4 because of the looming Debian deadline, but
I've been holding off on releasing a version of Tunnelblick until it
could include 2.3.13 along with a 2.4_alpha. I can release without
2.3.13 if necessary.
