I've finally got round to testing this with OpenConnect, also under
Windows 7 64-bit. It seems to be a little more pedantic about
DeviceIoControl() calls, and needs both input and output buffers to be
provided to all of them. So I needed to do this to make it work:

Other than that, though, it seems to be working for both IPv6 and Legacy
IP.

With IPv6 I can't ping the other end of the VPN tunnel because I seem to
have a direct "on-link" route to that /64 network, rather than via
fe80::8. But I suspect that's probably a vpnc-script issue and not your
fault.
