Good morning, FYI, it appears that the PGP key used to sign the Debian/Ubuntu binaries available at https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/wiki/OpenvpnSoftwareRepos has expired. This causes APT to warn about invalid signatures whenever it's being run.
