So far nobody has done the translation to Simplyfied Chinese. Yes, just grab the English version, save it as openvpn-gui-res-zh-hant.rc (or zh-hans for simplified) and translate it. Make sure to use UTF-8 encoding for the file. When you're done simply post the result here and I will add it to the official repository.
