Hi Matthias,

As some of these patches started life quite some time ago, they're based on an 
internal mercurial image of 2.1.4, using mercurial queues. One of the goals of 
this project is to rebase them on the 2.2 branch. I'm holding off until I get 
the go ahead on the stability of the tree though :).
