[Openvpn-devel] How to compile

Hi,
 
How to install  the requested tools and compile OpenVpn.exe with mingw32 
on windows ?
 
I would like to try to patch OpenVpn to make it aware of the 
fact that windows is coming out of hibernation. (generate a signal to 
rebuild the connection)
