Hi openvas-check-setup has been deprecated and we won't use it anymore. It doesn't support any value for most user issues.
The rebuild option has been removed because rebuild step is done automatically now. Also nearly all paths have changed for the openvas to gvm renaming process. Therefore openvas-check-setup can't find a sqlite3 db for gvm 10. You can't edit pre-defined scan configs. Thus you won't see any settings when clicking on edit ffor e.g. Full and Fast Scan Config. You have to clone it for adjustments. If you take a look at the Scan Configs list page you should see the total number of nvts for each config. If it is not zero all things should be fine.
