I do not know if it is related but there are 2 Javascript errors.

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not 
Found) (gsad-en-US.json, line 0)

I also tried this on another machine and it behaves the same way.  I’m 
referring to “Configuration” -> “Targets” -> “New Target”
