Ok, so portbinding failed. There should be a little more information in
the q-svc log why it failed - maybe you need to enable debug logging to
get this information....

Honestly, I don't know anymore. I guess I just enabled any networking
service (e.g. neutron) and then it worked.
To get feedback from the wider community you should provide a little
more information, like which OpenStack version you're running, which
nova driver, which Neutron driver and so on. And of course you should
mention the error you're seeing with an excerpt of the logs. The
provided log doesn't state any errors..
