DVR has been in Neutron for a number of releases and is pretty stable,
especially in Ocata. It can be a little harder to debug.
Regarding public IP consumption, we introduced a way to mitigate this
using subnet service types - i.e. mark a subnet to use for all the DVR
ports that is not Internet-facing. See
