Is it necessary to calculate the rating info based on per user in per tenant? I checked cloudkitty API, found it just calculates the rating info of per tenant. It means we can not get the rating info of per user in per tenant. Since the resource usage infomation stored in cloudkitty database contains user_id and project_id, it would be easy to calculate such rating info. I'm wondering whether we should add a api to achieve this goal.
