You need to create and source a "admin-openrc" file with the following
information (this is mine, yours might look different depending on how
you set it up):
export OS_AUTH_URL="http://controller:35357/v3";
export OS_IDENTITY_API_VERSION="3"
export OS_IMAGE_API_VERSION="2"
export OS_PASSWORD="SecretAdminPassword"
export OS_PROJECT_DOMAIN_NAME="default"
export OS_PROJECT_NAME="admin"
export OS_USERNAME="admin"
export OS_USER_DOMAIN_NAME="default"
Not all of these are necessary, but I'm not good enough yet to tell you
which ones you DON'T need :).
