I don't know why this command hasn't given me access: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON keystone.* TO 'keystone'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'KEYSTONE_DBPASS'; but this command has given me access: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON keystone.* TO 'keystone'@'192.168.56.111' IDENTIFIED BY 'KEYSTONE_DBPASS'; Now I can create create the service entity for the Identity service.
