We have been seeing a few next key type lock waits (and deadlocks...are
using Galera). I'm not seeing much documentation about what (if
anything) one should set Mysql isolation level to. The default is
REPEATABLE READ... is this requited to make Openstack work correctly or
are we agnostic to this?
