Problem resolved: 1) I added ovs_use_veth = True Inside /etc/neutron/dhcp_agent.ini and /etc/neutron/l3_agent.ini
2) I destroy eth1.2001, eth1.2002, and else interfaces (no need if you use openvswitch.)
