Hello Forrest,
1 - Go to http://<ip_master_node>:8000
2 - Click Support
3 - Click "Generate diagnostic snapshot"
4 - Download the snapshot (may take up to 10 minutes depending on volume of
logs)
5 - Please upload it to some public place, and include the link in the bug
description
