1).checkout :
mysql -uroot -p -D keystone -e "select * from endpoint where url like '%8004%'
and enabled<>1;"
if there is a disabled public url.
2)or maybe sync db.

When I start the command `keystone endpoint-get --service orchestration`
, I get this error
"publicURL endpoint for orchestration service not found "
But I can see that
keystone endpoint-list
