Yep, that bit me the first time.
Although the option does exactly what is says.
Maybe there is a scenario where you would want to disable the default allowed 
headers? (would be weird though)
I'd much rather have a "extra_allowed_headers" or something similar that leaves 
the defaults for what it is.
