Currently, live snapshots seem to be disk only memory snapshots. ( see http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-ops/content/snapshots.html ) .
However, is there any mechanism in OpenStack to support live snapshots that includes memory, state, disk when the underlying hypervisor supports it (e.g. VMWare ). Thanks, Sekhar -- Sekhar Vajjhala
