I"m using Ubuntu 12.04.4 with Havana from `Ubuntu Cloud Archives`, I'm with Linux "linux-image-3.11.0-20-generic" from the meta-package "linux-generic-lts-saucy", then, after trying to upgrade it for "linux-generic-lts-trusty", I hit this issue... It didn't worked... Nevertheless, everything is fine now but, instead of trying to upgrade/maintain Havana, I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04 and IceHouse, I'll move to it this week...
