Hello,

I'm already solving this question in openstack-dev (I doubled the post here
by mistake =P). But anyway, it says that It is possible here:

PUT /v2.0/subnets/{subnet_id} Updates a specified subnet.
Parameter .. .. Description
tenant_id (Optional) The ID of the tenant who owns the network. Only
administrative users can specify a tenant ID other than their own.

Thank you for feedback,
Andre Aranha
