when running stack.sh on a vm I get the following error: ERROR: cliff.app No service with a name or ID of 's3' exists.
this is on a vm behind a corporate firewall. http_proxy and no_proxy set. all appears well until stack.sh gets to creating s3 endpoint. 12 endpoint are created successfully before the s3 failure. suggestions on how to overcome this? thanks
