You can check the list of registered foundation users at http://www.openstack.org/community/members/ and can attempt to login to see if your membership is valid via https://www.openstack.org/Security/login/. If both of those show your membership you should be set to go and resubmit your contact details. I think you can submit bugs against the foundation site at https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-community.
