What is stack.sh doing at that time. Is it trying to delete a network before
deleting the routers attached to its subnets?

Hi stackers-
When I run devstack Manually, I get this error at Neutron
Port xxxxxxx has owner network:router_interface
and therefore cannot be deleted directly via the port API
And stack.sh fails to go further.
Kindly help me resolve the issue.
