Hi stackers, one of the features enterprise customers demand is connecting two separate datacenters (no matter if inside of an enterprise firewall or another hosting provider). We have set up successfully custom l3-agents to connect to internal networks, but this solution only applies if the customer has its own dedicated Openstack platform.
We would like to have per-tenant external network in her own l3-agent for customers demanding access to their own external network segment. I have found this in the wiki: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Neutron/sharing-model-for-external-networks May be somebody has already tried this and knows how to do it, or may be there is a hack to do it directly in the database. I have read recently in this list people doing really smart things around l3 routing, so may be somebody can help us.
