Well, I'm playing with havana and I see that instance of deleted tenant
is still alive and pointing to non-existing tenant.
That means it not fixed and this is a bug?
Or this is a bug in my configuration? How to debug that feature? I see
no errors in nova-compute log on the host 'lost' instance resides.
