Thank you all of you. I will update db directly for now. @Harshad, I have tried to create a new subnet, but there is something wrong with the CIDR of subnet. for example, Quantum considers CIDR 172.16.0.0/16and 172.16.2.0/24 are the same. I only has ip address 172.16.0.0/16 for floatingip.
