Thank you Bob! However, it doesn't help to wait for 5 minutes or inject credentials to the instance. It still got automatically *shut-off *at first, and then after I * restarted* it at the xenserver command or xencenter, it got stuck at that that message and never changed states for hours.
Do you mean the three-image the machine image/kernel/initrd? I also downloaded the machine image and kernel in http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/precise/current/. There is no initrd image in precise. I added the ami image with the kernel and without aki image. But I encountered the same problem as I described before. Thanks again for your prompt response!
