Ubuntu-precise

pip uninstall netaddr
Can't uninstall 'netaddr'. No files were found to uninstall

Trying 'apt-get update', ./unstack.sh, ./stack.sh, it still failed.

On Ubuntu 13.04, I got a failure doing 'keystone service-create --name
keystone --type identity --description 'Keystone Identity Service'
++ get_field 2
read data
grep ' id '
