After a cinder server is rebooted one day, it decided to stop creating /dev/disk/by-path links, causing VM's with attached volumes to fail to boot.
I can manually create them with the iscsiadm command, but that of course does not survive a reboot. What is annoying is nothing is erroring out. Note, this used to work fine. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
