If anybody from the forums is on here, or can forward this message to the forum admins, I have been trying for weeks to register. This is from multiple IP address ranges-- work, home, and cellular. I keep getting the following error:
Your IP 96.60.255.159 has been blocked because it is blacklisted. For details please see http://search.atlbl.com/search.php?q=96.60.255.159. { IP_BLACKLISTED_INFO } search.atlbl.com goes to a parked website, so I'm guessing the registration blacklist is actually broken.
