Hi, There is a line in /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py called TIME_ZONE
# The timezone of the server. This should correspond with the timezone # of your entire OpenStack installation, and hopefully be in UTC. TIME_ZONE = "UTC" Change it, restart apache and memcached, that should do the trick. Have you looked at that? Cheers!
