I'm trying to run devstack with quantum enabled so I can test the recent work on re-integrating Quantum into Horizon.
I've followed the instructions for what should be in my localrc file here: http://wiki.openstack.org/QuantumDevstack However, devstack fails when trying to create a network during its health checks. The error logged is here: https://gist.github.com/3288861 Any advice? What's missing from that wiki page? Or is this a bug?
